Insurance & Fees

As a courtesy, we bill insurance claims for patients. We request that all co-payments for insured patients, and balances for non-insured patients, be paid at the time services are rendered. To further accommodate our patients, we offer a wide range of payment options which include cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We also have applications for instant approval for the Care Credit, a card designed like a major credit card that is used for dental work only, freeing up available credit on other credits cards, and allowing 6 months interest free on each transaction.

We request that you become familiar with the insurance plan that your employer has purchased for you. Please bring your benefits book to your dental appointment and we will be happy to go over it with you. Responsibility for your account is ultimately your own, although we are happy to assist you in any way possible.

We pride ourselves on pretreatment estimates which allow you to be better prepared for the costs that may be involved in your dental care.
